In this pandemic, we are all looking for some kind of connections to one another, finding people who would understand and support us.
At Connect@CUHK, we are hosting a sharing support group. This group aims to provide support to help manage stress and pressure, develop healthy coping strategies facing changes and learn how to deal with emotional storms. In our sessions, you can build your mental health knowledge, learn from one another, and most importantly, build connections and receive mutual encouragement from one another.
*Due to popular demand, Putonghua group has been filled. There are some vacancies left in English group, come and join!
