Do you want to improve your concentration?
One of the essential elements of mindfulness is to bring our attention to here and now, and literature demonstrated that mindfulness associates with enhancing the concentration. WACC PERMA Series are going to arrange an experiential workshop to introduce the way to increase concentration through Mindfulness. Participants will have an experiential learning experience with practicing mindfulness.
