We may be occupied by many tasks in daily life, which make us feel exhausted and anxious. Hope this workshop can make you slow down and observe the beautiful sand flow. Every time you turn the sandpaint, you can see a new mountain view. The trainer will also guide you to practice mindfulness with your artwork. The current research does suggest that mindfulness practices are useful in enhancing the sense of well-being.
