It’s around the corner of the end of summer break, and a new semester will begin in a few days. How have you been doing? Are you feeling so bored that you can’t wait to meet your friends on campus? Or are you having a headache only by thinking about the upcoming essays, quizzes, and presentations? No matter how ready you are for school commencement, we uBuddies are always ready to back you up! We are delighted to offer you a Pastel Nagomi Art Workshop to be organized at the end of September, allowing you to find serenity out of your to-be-hectic school life. 

Founded in Japan by Mr Hosoya Norikatsu in 2003, Pastel Nagomi Art is a healing form of art; you will be able to create heart-touching works by using soft pastel, fingers, simple tools, and unique techniques. In the process of continuous powdering, smearing, and rubbing, you can temporarily escape from your worries and pressure, immersing in the wonderous world of art. Through this, you can experience a state of peace, digest your negativities, and pick up the courage to weather future storms. 

In the two-hour workshop, you will be able to learn basic techniques of Pastel Nagomi Art and create your unique piece of artwork under the guidance of a certified instructor. As for the art supplies, we will have them all ready for you. You can rest assured to nail it, so there is no need to worry about your art-making skills; anyone with or without an art background is welcome! Just bring along your peace of mind will do!
