Inspiration Hub , Personal Wellness

Life is full of ups and downs that may affect our psychological well-being. While encountering unsatisfactory moments in our academic study, interpersonal relationship or career planning, etc., sometimes we might not be able to find a suitable person to talk with… Yet, understanding our psychological status and seeking help timely is beneficial to prevent possible mental health problems.

Wellness and Counselling Centre, Office of Student Affairs has been committed to promoting mental wellness on campus and providing professional counselling services to students. To provide timely assistance and facilitate new users’ service enrollment, an online Initial Assessment Booking Service has been launched in the new academic year of 2021-2022 to make an initial assessment appointment with a counsellor as soon as possible.

During the initial assessment session, after filling in some information, our counsellor will meet you for about 20 minutes to understand your needs and situation. Immediate advice or assistance will be provided where necessary. Based on your situation, a follow-up counselling session with a suitable counsellor will then be arranged.
