Have you ever heard of the healing effects of singing bowls? Singing bowl is a traditional musical instrument of Nepal and Tibet. Its popularity grew in 90s and was used in a variety of ailments such as pain relief and stimulating the immune system. Nowadays, singing bowl is widely used in meditation, mindfulness and other stress reduction exercises.
