By joining our Putonghua sharing support group, you will learn some basic Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) skills for your daily life application and practice mindfulness to help develop healthy coping strategies. In the English group, you will explore self-care and emotional well-being topics. You will meet some new friends to support each other. It is always better to have some support than to face the challenges alone!
